Howell, RP - Final Story idea

Lt Cmr. Ryan Howard, accepts a promotion and new assignment as a first officer on a new ship.  Howard learned to adapt to the new resposiblities and getting to know his new Captian and ship mates.  When an unforseen events puts the crew and Howard to test their skills to solve a crisis that could endanger the ship, but saving the ship and crew could endanger the organization he swore to protect.
